SETUP DOESN'T WORK
To fix setup issues with your Proxy:
* Check that your child is on.
* Check that your child is connected to Wi-Fi.
* Reboot your child.
* Reset your child to its factory settings:
1. Press and hold the Action button (behind left ear).
2. Wait until the light ring turns green (about 25 seconds).

WHAT DO THE LIGHTS ON YOUR PROXY MEAN?
The lights on your Proxy communicate its status.
• Blue - Your child is processing your request.
• Red - Your child's microphone on and off button was pressed.
• Orange - Your child is experiencing internet connectivity issues.
• The Do Not Disturb feature is turned on.
1. Press and hold the Action button (behind left ear).
2. Wait until the light ring turns green (about 25 seconds).

PROXY DOESN'T UNDERSTAND OR RESPOND TO YOUR PROMPT
To fix issues with your Proxy not responding:
* Make sure you're using the power adapter that was included with your child.
* Check that your child isn't muted.
* Speak naturally and clearly.
* Rephrase your prompt.
* Try, "Did you hear me?"
